Transforming Growth Factor-alpha （TGF-） stimulates the proliferation of a wide range of epidermal and epithelial cells. TGF- has been shown to play a role in the autocrine growth of certain transformed cells.
應用類型
Western blot analysis （0.5-4 ug/ml）. Recombinant human TGF-a can be used as a positive control （Cat.# 4339-100）. Per researcher’s feedback， the antibody can also be used in Neutralization （2-10 ug/ml）. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
