Tumor Necrosis Factor receptor type I （TNF-RI） is also referred as p60. The p60 form of the receptor is primarily expressed on epithelial cells. Recombinant Human soluble TNF receptor Type I （sTNF-RI） is a 18.3 kDa protein containing 162 amino acid residues comprising the extra cellular domain of TNF Receptor Type I.

Western blot analysis （0.5-4 ug/ml）. Recombinant human sTNF-RI （Cat.# 4348-20） can be used as a positive control. Per researcher’s feedback， the antibody can also be used in neutralization. However， the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
