MART-1 （also known as Melan-A） is a melanocyte differentiation antigen recognized by autologous cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Six other melanoma associated antigens recognized by autologous cytotoxic T cells include MAGE-1，Tyrosinase，gp100，gp75，BAGE-1，and GAGE-1. Subcellular fractionation shows that MART-1 is present in melanosomes and endoplasmic reticulum.
應用類型
Western blotting （0.5-4 ug/ml）. However， the optimal concentrations should be determined individually. Recombinant human MART-1 （Cat.# 4823-5） can be used as a positive control.
