The Trefoil Factor peptides （TFF1，TFF2 and TFF3） are expressed in the gastrointestinal tract，and appear to play an important role in intestinal mucosal defense and repair.

Western blotting （0.5-4 ug/ml）. Recombinant human TFF-1 （Cat.# 4893-20） can be used as a positive control. Other applications have not been tested.
