背景資料: HDC encodes a member of the group II decarboxylase family and forms a homodimer that converts L-histidine to histamine in a pyridoxal phosphate dependent manner. Histamine regulates several physiologic processes, including neurotransmission, gastric acid secretion,inflamation, and smooth muscle tone.

補充：最優的抗體稀釋比例需要基于客戶實驗進行優化.建議的起始稀釋比例如下: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-300 ELISA: 1:20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
