背景資料: MGST3 encodes a member of the MAPEG (Membrane Associated Proteins in Eicosanoid and Glutathione metabolism) protein family. Members of this family are involved in the production of leukotrienes and prostaglandin E, important mediators of inflammation. MGST3 encodes an enzyme which catalyzes the conjugation of leukotriene A4 and reduced glutathione to produce leukotriene C4. This enzyme also demonstrates glutathione-dependent peroxidase activity towards lipid hydroperoxides.

補充：最優的抗體稀釋比例需要基于客戶實驗進行優化.建議的起始稀釋比例如下: IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
