背景資料: PLXDC1, also named as TEM3 and TEM7, belongs to the plexin family. PLXDC1 may interact with cortactin. PLXDC1(TEM7) is identified through serial analysis of gene expression on endothelial cells isolated from human normal and malignant colorectal tissues. The antibody recognizes isoform1 and isoform4 of PLXDC1.

補充：最優的抗體稀釋比例需要基于客戶實驗進行優化.建議的起始稀釋比例如下: IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
