背景資料: ELOVL5（ELOVL fatty acid elongase 5） belongs to the ELO family. It is highly expressed in the adrenal gland and testis, and encodes a multi-pass membrane protein that is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum. This protein is involved in the elongation of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids. Mutations in ELOVL5 have been associated with spinocerebellar ataxia-38 (SCA38). Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for ELOVL5.

補充：最優的抗體稀釋比例需要基于客戶實驗進行優化.建議的起始稀釋比例如下: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
