背景資料: CDH24, also named as CDH11L, is a member of Cadherins which are calcium dependent cell adhesion proteins. Cadherine preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. Cadherin-24 mediates strong cell-cell adhesion. The antibody can recognize isoform1 and isoform2 of CDH24.

補充：最優的抗體稀釋比例需要基于客戶實驗進行優化.建議的起始稀釋比例如下: IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
