背景資料: Neurofilaments are type IV intermediate filament heteropolymers composed of light, medium, and heavy chains. Neurofilaments comprise the axoskeleton and they functionally maintain the neuronal caliber. They may also play a role in intracellular transport to axons and dendrites. INA（internexin neuronal intermediate filament protein alpha） is a member of the intermediate filament family and is involved in the morphogenesis of neurons.

補充：最優的抗體稀釋比例需要基于客戶實驗進行優化.建議的起始稀釋比例如下: WB: 1:500-1:2000, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
