背景資料: The protein encoded by THBS2 （thrombospondin 2）belongs to the thrombospondin family. It is a disulfide-linked homotrimeric glycoprotein that mediates cell-to-cell and cell-to-matrix interactions. This protein has been shown to function as a potent inhibitor of tumor growth and angiogenesis. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that this protein may modulate the cell surface properties of mesenchymal cells and be involved in cell adhesion and migration.

補充：最優的抗體稀釋比例需要基于客戶實驗進行優化.建議的起始稀釋比例如下: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
