After expression and purification of your protein the Tag will be removed using TEV protease. Following the Tag removal your protein will be thoroughly purified from contaminating proteins using a multi-step process that includes the affinity chromatography. The purified protein will be analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). Price is based on up to 2mg of starting purified protein.
