背景資料: This gene belongs to the subfamily of ubiquitouslynexpressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). ThenhnRNPs are RNA binding proteins and they complex with heterogeneousnnuclear RNA (hnRNA). These proteins are associated with pre-mRNAsnin the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing andnother aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. While all of thenhnRNPs are present in the nucleus some seem to shuttle between thennucleus and the cytoplasm. The hnRNP proteins have distinct nucleicnacid binding properties. The protein encoded by this gene has threenrepeats of quasi-RRM domains that binds to RNAs. It is very similarnto the family member HNRPH1. This gene is thought to be involved innFabray disease and X-linked agammaglobulinemia phenotype.nAlternative splicing results in multiple transcript variantsnencoding the same protein.

免疫原: This HNRNPH2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 311-340 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human HNRNPH2.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
