背景資料: This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat proteinnfamily. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximatelyn40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD),nwhich may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiproteinncomplexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety ofncellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signalntransduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. This protein containsn5 WD repeats, and has a structural similarity with actin-bindingnproteins: the D. discoideum coronin and the human p57 protein,nsuggesting that this protein may also be an actin-binding proteinnthat regulates cell motility. Alternative splicing of this genengenerates 2 transcript variants.

免疫原: This CORO2A antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 185-213 amino acids from the Central region of human CORO2A.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
