背景資料: Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsiblenfor the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber inneukaryotes. Two molecules of each of the four core histones (H2A,nH2B, H3, and H4) form an octamer, around which approximately 146 bpnof DNA is wrapped in repeating units, called nucleosomes. Thenlinker histone, H1, interacts with linker DNA between nucleosomesnand functions in the compaction of chromatin into higher ordernstructures. This gene encodes a member of the histone H2A family,nand generates two transcripts through the use of the conservednstem-loop termination motif, and the polyA addition motif.

免疫原: This H2AFX antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 111-140 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human H2AFX.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
