背景資料: This gene belongs to a family of Sp1 related genes thatnencode transcription factors that regulate transcription by bindingnto consensus GC- and GT-box regulatory elements in target genes.nThis protein contains a zinc finger DNA-binding domain and severalntransactivation domains, and has been reported to function as anbifunctional transcription factor that either stimulates ornrepresses the transcription of numerous genes. Transcript variantsnencoding different isoforms have been described for this gene, andnone has been reported to initiate translation from a non-AUG (AUA)nstart codon. Additional isoforms, resulting from the use ofnalternate downstream translation initiation sites, have also beennnoted. A related pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 13.

免疫原: This SP3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 292-321 amino acids from the Central region of human SP3.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
