背景資料: This gene encodes a protein that homodimerizes andnfunctions as a transcription factor which activates the expressionnof some key metabolic genes regulating cellular growth and nuclearngenes required for respiration, heme biosynthesis, andnmitochondrial DNA transcription and replication. The protein hasnalso been associated with the regulation of neurite outgrowth.nAlternate transcriptional splice variants, which encode the samenprotein, have been characterized. Additional variants encodingndifferent protein isoforms have been described but they have notnbeen fully characterized. Confusion has occurred in bibliographicndatabases due to the shared symbol of NRF1 for this gene and forn'nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 1' which has an officialnsymbol of NFE2L1.

免疫原: This NRF1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 226-255 amino acids from the Central region of human NRF1.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
