- The WNT gene family consists of structurally related genesnwhich encode secreted signaling proteins. These proteins have beennimplicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes,nincluding regulation of cell fate and patterning duringnembryogenesis. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. Itnencodes a protein which shows 96% amino acid identity to mousenWnt3A protein, and 84% to human WNT3 protein, another WNT genenproduct. This gene is clustered with WNT14 gene, another familynmember, in chromosome 1q42 region.

- Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
