背景資料: YTHDF2 is a member of the YTH (YT521-B homology)nsuperfamily containing YTH domain. The YTH domain is typical fornthe eukaryotes and is particularly abundant in plants. The YTHndomain is usually located in the middle of the protein sequence andnmay function in binding to RNA. In addition to a YTH domain, thisnprotein has a proline rich region which may be involved in signalntransduction. An Alu-rich domain has been identified in one of thenintrons of this gene, which is thought to be associated with humannlongevity. In addition, reciprocal translocations between this genenand the Runx1 (AML1) gene on chromosme 21 has been observed innpatients with acute myeloid leukemia. This gene was initiallynmapped to chromosome 14, which was later turned out to be anpseudogene.

免疫原: This YTHD2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 551-579 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human YTHD2.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
