背景資料: This gene encodes of member of the non-receptor class 4nsubfamily of the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family. The encodednprotein is a lymphoid-specific intracellular phosphatase thatnassociates with the molecular adapter protein CBL and may beninvolved in regulating CBL function in the T-cell receptornsignaling pathway. Mutations in this gene may be associated with anrange of autoimmune disorders including Type 1 Diabetes, rheumatoidnarthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and Graves' disease.nAlternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinctnisoforms have been described.

免疫原: This PTPN22 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 663-691 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human PTPN22.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
