背景資料: The human pregnancy-specific glycoproteins (PSGs) are anfamily of proteins that are synthesized in large amounts bynplacental trophoblasts and released into the maternal circulationnduring pregnancy. Molecular cloning and analysis of several PSGngenes has indicated that the PSGs form a subgroup of thencarcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) gene family, which belongs to thenimmunoglobulin superfamily of genes. Members of the CEA familynconsist of a single N domain, with structural similarity to thenimmunoglobulin variable domains, followed by a variable number ofnimmunoglobulin constant-like A and/or B domains. Most PSGs have annarg-gly-asp (RGD) motif, which has been shown to function as annadhesion recognition signal for several integrins, in thenN-terminal domain (summary by Teglund et al., 1994 [PubMedn7851896]). 免疫原: This PSG2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 225-254 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human PSG2.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
