背景資料: This gene encodes a member of the CSRP family of LIMndomain proteins, which may be involved in regulatory processesnimportant for development and cellular differentiation. ThenLIM/double zinc-finger motif found in this protein is found in angroup of proteins with critical functions in gene regulation, cellngrowth, and somatic differentiation. Mutations in this gene arenthought to cause heritable forms of hypertrophic cardiomyopathyn(HCM) and dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) in humans. Alternativelynspliced transcript variants with different 5' UTR, but encoding thensame protein, have been found for this gene.

免疫原: This CSRP3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 91-119 amino acids from the Central region of human CSRP3.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
