背景資料: This gene encodes a transcription factor that contains ancyclin D-binding domain, three central Myb-like repeats, and twonflanking acidic transactivation domains at the N- and C-termini.nThe encoded protein is induced by the oncogenic Ras signalingnpathway and functions as a tumor suppressor by activating thentranscription of ARF and thus the ARF-p53 pathway to arrest cellngrowth or induce apoptosis. It also activates the transcription ofnaminopeptidase N and may play a role in hematopoietic cellndifferentiation. The transcriptional activity of this protein isnregulated by binding of D-cyclins. This gene is hemizygouslyndeleted in approximately 40% of human non-small-cell lung cancernand is a potential prognostic and gene-therapy target fornnon-small-cell lung cancer. Multiple transcript variants encodingndifferent isoforms have been found for this gene. [provided bynRefSeq].

免疫原: This DMTF1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 588-616 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human DMTF1.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
