背景資料: NR3C1 is a receptor fornglucocorticoids that can act as both a transcription factor and asna regulator of other transcription factors. This protein can alsonbe found in heteromeric cytoplasmic complexes along with heat shocknfactors and immunophilins. The protein is typically found in thencytoplasm until it binds a ligand, which induces transport into thennucleus. Mutations in this gene are a cause of glucocorticoidnresistance, or cortisol, resistance. Alternate splicing, the use ofnat least three different promoters, and alternate translationninitiation sites result in several transcript variants encoding thensame protein or different isoforms, but the full-length nature ofnsome variants has not been determined.

免疫原: This NR3C1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 236-262 amino acids from the Central region of human NR3C1.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
