This proteinnlocalizes to the plasma membrane of germ cells in the testis and tonthe post-acrosomal plasma membrane of mature spermatozoa.nRecombinant polypeptide binds GTP and exhibits GTPase activity.nThus, this protein may regulate GTP signal transduction pathwaysninvolved in spermatogenesis and fertilization.
