背景資料: Rho-like GTPases are involved in a variety of cellularnprocesses, and they are activated by binding GTP and inactivated bynconversion of GTP to GDP by their intrinsic GTPase activity.nGuanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) accelerate the GTPasenactivity of Rho GTPases by catalyzing their release of bound GDP.nThis gene encodes a guanine nucleotide exchange factor, whichnspecifically activates two members of the Rho GTPase family: RHOAnand RHOB, both of which have a role in bone cell biology. It hasnbeen identified that genetic variation in this gene plays a role innthe determination of bone mineral density (BMD), indicating thenimplication of this gene in postmenopausal osteoporosis.nAlternatively spliced transcript variants encoding differentnisoforms have been found for this gene.

免疫原: This ARHGEF3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 211-240 amino acids from the Central region of human ARHGEF3.

保存建議: Store at 4˚C for three months and -20˚C, stable for up to one year. As with all antibodies care should be taken to avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Antibodies should not be exposed to prolonged high temperatures.
