- 該S100A6 Monoclonal Antibody. S100A6, also known as calcyclin, mainly exists in the cytoplasm, membrane and nuclear envelope, including the inner surface of nuclear membrane. S100A6 plays an important role in cell signal transduction, especially in the biological mechanism of cell proliferation, apoptosis, tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis, as well as the correlation and interaction with other members of S100 protein family. S100A6 is highly expressed in many epithelial tumors, such as melanoma, liver cancer, colorectal cancer and so on. The abnormal expression of S100A6 is closely related to the proliferation and differentiation of tumor cells. At the same time, S100A6 is always expressed at the edge of tumor, which may also be related to tumor invasion and migration.
