使用前請(qǐng)調(diào)整至室溫。將底物溶液通過0.45 ?m濾膜過濾后，加入經(jīng)過堿性磷酸酶孵育并洗滌后的ELISpot板中。顯色至斑點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)為止。通過用自來水充分洗滌來停止顏色反應(yīng)。

這種即用型BCIP/NBT-plus底物用于通過鏈霉親和素-堿性磷酸酶（Streptavidin-ALP）酶結(jié)合物開發(fā)ELISpot實(shí)驗(yàn)。僅供研究使用，不得用于診斷程序。
