在使用前調(diào)整至室溫。在與辣根過(guò)氧化物酶孵育并洗滌后加入ELISpot板中。顯色至斑點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)為止。通過(guò)在去離子水中充分洗滌來(lái)停止顏色反應(yīng)（因?yàn)殡x子可能導(dǎo)致TMB斑點(diǎn)褪色）。

這種即用型TMB底物用于通過(guò)鏈霉親和素-辣根過(guò)氧化物酶（Streptavidin-HRP）酶結(jié)合物開(kāi)發(fā)ELISpot實(shí)驗(yàn)。僅供研究使用，不得用于診斷程序。
