抗核抗體（ANA）經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡（SLE）患者中以及在其他自身免疫性疾病中不太常見的類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎、膠原血管疾病、慢性肝病和系統(tǒng)性硬化癥（硬皮病）。ANA與幾種核抗原結(jié)合包括DsDNA、SSDNA、RNP、Sm、SSA和SSB。ANA頻率明顯隨年齡增長而增加健康人群，尤其是45歲以上的女性。ANA-ELISA被廣泛用作篩查針對不同自身免疫性疾病的程序。

Calbiotech-ANA篩查ELISA試劑盒檢測原理：

將稀釋的患者血清加入涂有純化核抗原的孔中。ANA IgG特異性抗體（如果存在）會與抗原結(jié)合。所有未結(jié)合的物質(zhì)都被洗掉，加入酶偶聯(lián)物以結(jié)合抗體-抗原復(fù)合物（如果存在）。洗掉多余的酶偶聯(lián)物，加入底物。培養(yǎng)板，使酶水解底物。產(chǎn)生的顏色強(qiáng)度與樣品中IgG特異性抗體的量成正比。
