Product Introduction：

TBS is a white to off-white instant soluble powder. Each packet of TBS instant powder can be reconstitutedwith1literof 1× TBS buffer, offering a straightforward and convenient operation. The main components of TBS includesodiumchloride, potassium chloride, and Tris buffer salt. In 1× TBS buffer, the concentration of sodiumchlorideis 137mM,potassium chloride is 2.7 mM, and Tris buffer salt is 25 mM. TBS is an isotonic buffer solution commonly used in the field of biology, primarily employed in IHC, in situhybridization,ELISA, and WB experiments. It is frequently utilized as a washing buffer and for antibody dilution and blockingsolutionpreparation

Components：

NaCl : 137 mMl

KCl : 2.7 mMl

Tris : 25 mM

Instructions for use:

1. Measure approximately 600 ml of distilled water and add it to a beaker. Place a magnetic stir bar in the beaker.

2. Position the beaker on a magnetic stirrer and gradually add the entire content of 1 packet of TBS powder. Stirthesolution until it is completely dissolved.

3. Add distilled water to the TBS solution from step 2, bringing it to a final volume of 1 liter, referred to as 1×TBS.

* Upon reconstitution, the pH of the 1× solution is 7.4±0.15 at a temperature of 25°C
