丙酮酸鹽在糖酵解等過程中有重要作用: 它可以在細(xì)胞溶質(zhì)葡萄糖進(jìn)行糖酵解的過程中,由磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸產(chǎn)生。丙酮酸鹽可以繼續(xù)進(jìn)入檸檬酸循環(huán)繼續(xù)氧化分解,轉(zhuǎn)化為碳水化合物或通過乙酰CoA 轉(zhuǎn)化為脂肪酸。高水平的丙酮酸鹽提示肝臟疾病和遺傳性代謝紊亂。丙酮酸鹽也被用來作為減肥刺激劑。在無氧呼吸中丙酮酸可以轉(zhuǎn)化為乳酸或者乙醇。

丙酮酸檢測(cè)分析試劑盒原理:
丙酮酸鹽檢測(cè)試劑盒提供了一種簡(jiǎn)單、直接和可自動(dòng)化操作的程序來測(cè)量不同生物學(xué)標(biāo)本中丙酮酸的含量。適用標(biāo)本類型包括:食物、細(xì)胞、培養(yǎng)基和發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基。丙酮酸鹽檢測(cè)試劑盒基本原理如下:丙酮酸鹽被丙酮酸酶氧化,在酶反應(yīng)過程中產(chǎn)生顏色(λ= 570 nm)或者熒光(Ex/Em = 535/587 nm),可使用酶標(biāo)儀或熒光計(jì)檢測(cè)到。光的強(qiáng)度與丙酮酸含量是成正比的,因此通過檢測(cè)光的強(qiáng)度即可精確的得到丙酮酸的含量。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為1-10 uM丙酮酸。
