背景:(Red Fluorescent Protein,RFP/DsRed)是從太平洋與海葵相關(guān)的 (Discosomasp)中分離出來(lái)的一種能在紫外線的照射下可發(fā)射紅色熒光的蛋白。在細(xì)胞中熒光轉(zhuǎn)換效率高.是目前發(fā)現(xiàn)的具有最長(zhǎng)激發(fā)波長(zhǎng)與發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)的自然發(fā)光熒光蛋白,RFP / DsRed作為分子探針可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)活細(xì)胞,細(xì)胞器或胞內(nèi)分子的時(shí)空標(biāo)記和追蹤,已經(jīng)在生物工程學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。
