UCHL1（PGP9.5）是一種25 kDa的蛋白質(zhì)，特異性地表達(dá)在神經(jīng)元和彌散神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)的細(xì)胞中，以及這些細(xì)胞的腫瘤中。它占大腦總蛋白的1%以上，但在其他組織中幾乎不存在。UCHL1的功能障礙與帕金森病和肺癌有關(guān)。

應(yīng)用：ELISA、西方印跡。當(dāng)抗體最終濃度約為5 ug/ml時，可檢測到100 ng的重組蛋白。
