Ataxin 3 是脊髓小腦性共濟失調(diào)3型的致病蛋白。Ataxin 3 包含一個 Josephin 結(jié)構(gòu)域，能夠在體外切割多泛素鏈。Ataxin 3 的蛋白酶活性調(diào)節(jié)了細胞內(nèi)總泛素化水平和 Ataxin 3 蛋白的量。

左圖：0.5或5ug的 Ataxin3 涂抹在 ELISA 板上。隨后，未結(jié)合的蛋白被洗去，并用 BSA 封閉。使用傳統(tǒng) ELISA 檢測試劑，以1.94ug/mL的 AB401 檢測 Ataxin3。二抗：α-雞 HRP（1:5000）。陰性對照1：無 AB401。陰性對照2：無檢測試劑。
