磷脂酰肌醇4,5-二磷酸二辛酰基(PI(4,5)P2diC8)是一種合成的、純化的二辛酰基PI(4,5)P2。
磷脂酰肌醇(PIPns)是細胞膜中的次要成分,但它們是細胞通信中不可或缺的信號分子。磷脂酰肌醇4,5-二磷酸(PIP2)已被證明在多種細胞功能中發(fā)揮核心作用。PIP?的眾多功能中,它是一種磷脂酶C偶聯(lián)的G蛋白通路的底物,該通路參與多個組織中的細胞內(nèi)鈣釋放,同時也是I類磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3-K)的底物。
