艾美捷 HMGBiotech-P-MHMG1質(zhì)粒(#HM-300):
p-mHMG1質(zhì)粒包含具有自身啟動(dòng)子和增強(qiáng)子、外顯子和內(nèi)含子的小鼠HMGB1基因組(Falciola等人。高遷移率族1蛋白不與體細(xì)胞的染色體穩(wěn)定結(jié)合。《細(xì)胞生物學(xué)雜志》1997年,137:19-26)。小鼠HMGB1與人類HMGB1相比僅包含2個(gè)保守的替代變異。
當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)染到哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞中時(shí),這個(gè)質(zhì)粒能暫時(shí)性地將HMGB1含量提高4到7倍。
