背景資料: Trypsinogen, is a precursor to trypsin and a digestive enzyme. It functions as storage of an inactive form of trypsin and kept in the pancreas then released in significant amount, along with other enzymes, when required for protein digestion. Serum trypsinogen is measured using a blood test. Diseases associated with Trypsinogen high levels or mutations are acute pancreatitis and cystic fibrosis. Anti-Trypsinogen Antibody can be useful for researchers interested in studying the serum or pancreas.

保存建議: Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
