背景資料: C-C motif chemokine 3, CCL3 or (MIP-1a) is a monokine with inflammatory and chemokinetic properties. CCL3 binds to CCR1, CCR4 and CCR5. It is one of the major HIV-suppressive factors produced by CD8+ T-cells. Recombinant MIP-1-alpha induces a dose-dependent inhibition of different strains of HIV-1, HIV-2, and simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV).

免疫原: The whole rabbit serum was prepared by repeated immunizations with recombinant human MIP-1a? produced in E.coli.

保存建議: Store vial at -20° C or below prior to opening. This vial contains a relatively low volume of reagent (25 μL). To minimize loss of volume dilute 1:10 by adding 225 μL of the buffer stated above directly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge to collect the volume at the bottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution when calculating final dilutions as recommended below. Store the vial at -20°C or below after dilution. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
