產(chǎn)品描述: B cell-attracting chemokine 1(BCA-1), also known as B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC), is a CXC chemokine that is constitutively expressed in secondary lymphoid organs. Mature human BCA-1 shares 64% amino acid sequence identity with the mouse protein.Sample Type:Cell culture supernates, serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma.Sensitivity:The mean MDD was 0.56pg/ml. The Minimum Detectable Dose (MDD) was determined by adding two standard deviations to the MFI of twenty zero standard replicates and calculating the corresponding concentration. Range:~0.27-1.25pg/mlSpecificity:Recognizes natural and recombinant human BLC/BCA-1. Test Principle:Human CD14 BioAssay Kit afford the user the benefit of multianalyte analysis of biomarkers in a complex sample. For each sample type, a single, multipurpose diluent is used to optimize recovery, linearity, and reproducibility. Such a multipurpose diluent may not optimize any single analyte to the same degree that a unique diluent selected for analysis of that analyte can optimize conditions. Therefore, some performance characteristics may be more variable than those for assays designed specifically for single analyte analysis.Kit Components:Microparticle Concentrate, 100X concentrated, 1x0.075mlBiotin-Antibody Concentrate, 100X concentrated, 1x0.075mlStorage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
