Source:RatPurity:≥95%Endotoxin:1.0EU per 1ug (determined by the LAL method)Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, SDS-PAGE.Other applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -80°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.Note:Thermal stability is described by the loss rate of the target protein. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation by incubating the protein at 37°C for 48h, with no obvious degradation or precipitation observed. Protein loss is <5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions.
