產(chǎn)品描述: The BioAssay?ELISA Kit is a 1.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of Cell Division Cycle Protein 20 Homolog (CDC20) in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, tissue homogenates and body fluids. This kit for research use only, not for therapeutic or diagnostic applications.Assay Principle:Cell Division Cycle Protein 20 Homolog (CDC20) BioAssay ELISA Kit (Human) utilizes the quantitative Competitive Enzyme Immunoassay technique,?utilizing a monoclonal antibody and an conjugate to Cell Division Cycle Protein 20 homolog (CDC20) (Human). The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with the HRP conjugate in a pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the Target Protein concentration since?Protein?from samples and?Protein-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-Protein?antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by?Protein?from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind the?Protein-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The?Target Protein?concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.Detection Range:1.0-25ng/mlSensitivity:0.1ng/mlPrecision:Intra-Assay %CV: 5.6, 7.2Inter-Assay %CV: 3.4, 4.8Specificity:This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of CDC20 (Human).
