背景資料: Acetylcholinesterase, or AChE, is an important protease that terminates the transmission of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, by hydrolysis. Hydrolysis by AChE on ACh prevents excessive neural firing between adjacent nerves. Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) is an enzyme that utilize organic peroxide compounds as electron donors. Naturally provides protection for plants against pathogens, but can be utilized in molecular biology to convert various substrates to detectable compounds (such as in Western Blotting and ELISAs). Anti-Acetylcholinesterase (Bovine Erythrocytes) antibody is ideal for investigators in Signal Transduction, Cell Signaling, Cardiovascular , and Immunology research.

保存建議: Store vial at -20° C or below prior to opening. This vial contains a relatively low volume of reagent (25 μL). To minimize loss of volume dilute 1:10 by adding 225 μL of the buffer stated above directly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge to collect the volume at the bottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution when calculating final dilutions as recommended below. Store the vial at -20°C or below after dilution. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
