背景資料: Anti-Beta-Phosphoglucomutase antibody is located in the cytoplasm, working to catalyze the transference of a phosphoryl group on a glucose or lactose monomer from the 1’ to the 6’ position in the forward direction or 6’ to the 1’ position in the reverse direction. Anti-Beta-Phosphoglucomutase is essential to regulating the flow of carbohydrate intermediates in glycolysis as well as the formation of the sugar nucleotide UDP-glucose. 保存建議: Store vial at -20° C or below prior to opening. This vial contains a relatively low volume of reagent (25 μL). To minimize loss of volume dilute 1:10 by adding 225 μL of the buffer stated above directly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge to collect the volume at the bottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution when calculating final dilutions as recommended below. Store the vial at -20°C or below after dilution. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
