背景資料: Transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily C, member 7, also known as TRPC7, is a non-selective cation channel that is directly activated by DAG. TrpC7 shows constitutive activity and susceptibility to negative regulartion by extracellular Ca2+. Because of this, TrpC7 plays an important role in the Ca2+ signaling pathway. TrpC7 is also expressed abundantly in the heart, and combined with its ability to act as a Ca2+ channel, TrpC7 might contribute to the process of heart failure.

免疫原: TrpC7 Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a near c-terminus region of human TrpC7.

保存建議: Store vial at -20° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
