背景資料: The mammalian A-type cyclin family consists of 2 members, cyclin A1 (CCNA1) and cyclin A2 (CCNA2). Human cyclin A gene is assigned to 4q26-q27. Cyclin A protein is synthesized and localized into the nucleus at the onset of S phase in nontransformed mammalian fibroblasts. This antibody is suitable for researchers interested in cancer research, apoptosis, autoimmune disease, neurodegenerative disease, cardiovascular disease, MAP Kinase Signaling, AKT Signaling, Inflammatory Signaling, and Cell Cycle research.

免疫原: Cyclin A antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations with a recombinant protein corresponding to bovine cyclin A.

保存建議: Store vial at 4° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
