背景資料: Inaba et al. (1992) used murine cDNA clones for 3 cyclin D genes that are normally expressed during the G1 phase of the cell cycle to clone the cognate human genes. D-type cyclins (cyclins D1, D2, and D3) are regarded as essential links between cell environment and the core cell cycle machinery. cyclin D2(CCND2) gene ia assigned to 12p13. This antibody is suitable for researchers interested in cancer research, autoimmune disease, neurodegenerative disease, MAP Kinase Signaling, AKT Signaling, Ubiquitin research, and Cell Cycle research.

免疫原: Cyclin D2 antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations with a recombinant protein corresponding to human cyclin D2 protein.

保存建議: Store vial at 4° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
