背景資料: Gelsolin, a protein of leukocytes, platelets, and other cells, severs actin filaments in the presence of submicromolar calcium, thereby solating cytoplasmic actin gels. A gelsolin variant with 23 more N-terminal amino acids is a plasma component probably involved in the clearance of actin, the most abundant human protein, from the circulation. Gelsolin is located in 9q34. Plasma and cytoplasmic gelsolins are encoded by a single gene and contain a duplicated actin-binding domain. This antibody is suitable for researchers interested in cell research and cytoskeletal signaling research.

免疫原: Gelsolin antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations with human plasma gelsolin.

保存建議: Store vial at 4° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
