產品描述: Stem cell factor (SCF) is a haematopoietic growth factor acting during early stages of haemopoiesis. SCF stimulates proliferation of myeloid, erythroid and lymphoid progenitors in bone marrow cultures and appears to act synergistically with the colony stimulating factors.Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to human Stem Cell Factor, expressed in E. coli.Molecular Weight: ~18.4kD (165aa sequence)Biological Activity:5x105U/mg as determined by dose-dependent stimulation of proliferation on human TF-1 cells.Endotoxin:<0.1ng/ugApplications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 0.2-0.4ng/wellWestern Blot: 1.5-3.0ng/laneFunctional Assays: 0.2-20ng/mlOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Reconstitute with 100ul ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
