產(chǎn)品描述: Albumin is a soluble, monomeric protein which comprises about one-half of the blood serum protein. Albumin functions primarily as a carrier protein for steroids, fatty acids, and thyroid hormones and plays a role in stabilizing extracellular fluid volume. Albumin is a globular unglycosylated serum protein of molecular weight 65,000. Albumin is synthesized in the liver as preproalbumin which has an N-terminal peptide that is removed before the nascent protein is released from the rough endoplasmic reticulum. The product, proalbumin, is in turn cleaved in the Golgi vesicles to produce the secreted albumin. Sample Type:Serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, urine and tissue homogenatesIntended Use:This immunoassay kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of sheep albumin concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, urine and tissue homogenates. Sensitivity:5.5ug/mlRange:350-21.88ug/mlSpecificity:This assay recognizes sheep albumin. No significant cross-reactivity or interference was observed.Test Principle:The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with sheep albumin. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) -conjugated antibody preparation specific for sheep albumin, mix well and incubated. The more the amount of sheep albuminin samples, the less HRP-conjugated antibody preparation specific for sheep albuminbound to pre-coated sheep albumin. Then a TMB (3,3',5,5' tetramethyl-benzidine) substrate solution is added to each well. And the color develops in opposite to the amount of sheep albuminin the sample. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
